Shine is our barista training for those experiencing isolation and unemployment, enabling them to explore options towards employment within the hospitality industry whilst building their skills and confidence. Training takes place at our weekly community space: Good Friday. Upon completion of six workshops and four weeks working in a cafe environment, trainees are awarded an AQA Unit Award Scheme (UAS) Working in a Cafe: Basic Barista Skills certificate.
